Teri Laurenti is the Clinical Assistant Manager for the Pharmacy Cardiac Risk Service. She started at Kaiser Permanente in July 2000 as the Managed Care Pharmacy Practice Resident and transitioned into a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist role at Gwinnett in 2001. She completed her PharmD training at Campbell University in Buies Creek, North Carolina. She serves as adjunct faculty with Mercer University Southern School of Pharmacy. Teri is a certified Chronic Care Professional. Gail Richardson is a Nurse Practitioner, Certified Diabetes Educator, and Certified Chronic Care Professional with the Southeast Permanente Medical Group of Kaiser Permanente of Georgia. She completed a BS and MS in Nursing at Georgia State University.
