Victoria Ruffing, RN, CCRP, is a Program Director at Johns Hopkins University. She oversees clinical and research operations at the Johns Hopkins Arthritis Center. During her 11 years at the Johns Hopkins Arthritis Center, she has instituted many initiatives in patient education -- including new diagnosis teaching and biologic training. She is a founder and Immediate Past President of the Rheumatology Nurses Society. She is a 10 year member of the Association of Rheumatology Health Professionals, and an active volunteer with the Arthritis Foundation. Victoria has published articles, book chapters, and has presented at several national meetings on topics related to rheumatic diseases and nursing.
